What problem or need does the project address?
Antibiotic resistance is increasing throughout the world, due to excessive antibiotic use (using them when it's completely unnecessary), and inappropriate antibiotic use (using the wrong antibiotic for a bacterial infection).
Medical students, doctors, and even the public, could benefit from a game (tangible or digital) that teaches & helps memorise which treatment needs to be applied based on treatment needs to be applied based on patient background (allergy, co-morbidities), site of infection (lung, skin etc) and the bacterial strain.
What skillsets does the project need?
Game design, graphic design, programming & sound design (if digital game), medicine/biology.
What are you hoping to achieve by 4th August?
A fully playable game, where people playing can learn which antibiotics should be used in specific situations.
